Welcome to Shibari Healing Collective, owner of the Bonded App! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bonded App and its services. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
User Eligibility
The services of Bonded App are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using the Bonded App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Bonded App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Store Sales and Merchandise Policies:
Rope Sales:
Shipping Policy: All rope sales from the Bonded Store are processed and shipped out within 48 hours of purchase.
No Refund Policy: Once a purchase has been made, we do not offer refunds for rope sales. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing.
Other Merchandise:
Partner Fulfillment: Merchandise other than rope is fulfilled through our partnership with Printful. This includes a wide range of products such as clothing, accessories, and other related items.
Fulfillment Terms: The specific fulfillment terms, including shipping times, return policies, and other related details for these products, are governed by Printful's policies. We recommend that customers familiarize themselves with these terms, which can be found at Printful's Fulfillment Policies.
Refund and Return Policy: For merchandise other than rope, the refund and return policies as stated by Printful apply. Please refer to the provided link for detailed information regarding these policies.
Order Discrepancies and Issues:
Reporting Issues: If there are any discrepancies or issues with your order, including receiving damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and Printful to resolve any such issues in accordance with the applicable policies.

Liability:
Limitation of Liability: Bonded is not responsible for any issues arising from the fulfillment and shipping processes managed by Printful. Any claims related to product quality, shipping, or fulfillment should be directed to Printful as per their policies.
User Acknowledgment: By purchasing merchandise from the Bonded Store, users acknowledge and agree to these terms and accept that the fulfillment of certain products is managed by Printful and governed by their terms and policies.
Coaching Services:
Overview of Coaching Services:
The Bonded App offers professional coaching services in the field of Shibari and related practices. These services are provided by qualified individuals, including Miguel Marrero A.K.A. Master Pocketz/Owner, to facilitate learning, skill development, and personal growth in the art of Shibari.
Scope of Services:
Coaching services include but are not limited to instructional sessions, personalized guidance, feedback, and support in the practice of Shibari. The specific details of these services, including session content and duration, will be as outlined in the service descriptions within the app.
Scheduling and Cancellation Policy:
Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Users can schedule sessions through the Bonded App.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time to be eligible for a refund. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.
User Responsibilities:
Users are expected to come prepared for sessions, having completed any required preparatory work.
Users should communicate any specific goals or concerns they have to ensure the coaching session is tailored to their needs.
Coach Responsibilities:
The coach is responsible for providing professional, respectful, and safe guidance during sessions.
The coach will maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information disclosed during sessions, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability:
The coaching services are intended for educational and personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Bonded and its coaches will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the coaching services.
User Acknowledgment:
By participating in coaching services, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Users agree to hold Bonded and its coaches harmless from any claims arising from their participation in the coaching services.
Subscription Services:
Bindful Bliss Membership:
The Bindful Bliss Membership, priced at $33 per month or a discounted yearly rate of $333, offers a range of exclusive benefits to enhance your experience on the Bonded App.
As a valued member of the Bindful Bliss plan, you are entitled to receive discounts on various services offered through the Bonded App. This includes:
Virtual Coaching: Enjoy reduced rates on all virtual coaching sessions, providing you with more opportunities for personalized guidance and learning.
In-Person Coaching: Benefit from discounted rates for any in-person coaching sessions, helping you deepen your practice with direct, hands-on instruction.
Events: Access exclusive discounts on events hosted or sponsored by Bonded. These can range from workshops, seminars, to special gatherings within the Shibari community.
Exclusion on Merchandise: Please note that the membership discounts do not apply to merchandise purchases, including rope and other products fulfilled through Printful or any other partners.
Master Plan Membership:
The Master Plan Membership is a comprehensive package priced at $555, designed for those who wish to deeply immerse themselves in the art of Shibari. This exclusive plan includes:
Access to both intensive courses: The Ultimate Bondage Mastery Blueprint and Flight School.
A full one-year membership to the Bonded app: granting complete access to all features and content.
Discounted Membership: After the completion of the first year, members will have the opportunity to continue their journey with us at a reduced monthly rate of $22.
Membership Management:
All memberships can be managed within the user's account settings on the Bonded app. Users have the flexibility to unsubscribe or change their membership plan as per their requirements.
Renewal and Cancellation:
Memberships are automatically renewed according to the chosen plan (monthly or yearly). Users can cancel their subscription at any point; however, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds:
Refund policies for each membership type are outlined separately in our Refund Policy section.

By subscribing to any of the plans, users agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.
Bonded reserves the right to make changes to the subscription plans and pricing. Any changes will be communicated to existing subscribers in advance.

Paid Membership Access:
Users who opt for a paid membership will have full access to all courses offered by Bonded. This includes advanced courses and specialized topics, catering to users who seek comprehensive learning and skill development in Shibari.
Course Enrollment and Participation:
Users must enroll in each course to gain access to its content. Course enrollment is subject to the type of membership held by the user.
Users are encouraged to follow the recommended course sequence for the best learning experience.
Intellectual Property and Usage Rights:
All course materials provided by Bonded, including videos, texts, and images, are the property of Bonded and/or its content creators. These materials are for personal and non-commercial use only.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of course materials is strictly prohibited.
Modifications to Course Offerings:
Bonded reserves the right to modify, add, or remove course offerings at any time. This includes updates to course content, structure, or access requirements.
Members will be notified of significant changes to course offerings that may affect their learning experience or course access.
User Conduct in Courses:
Users are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct in all interactions within the courses. This includes adherence to community guidelines in forums, discussions, and other interactive features.
Course Completion:
Completion of courses does not guarantee proficiency. The outcome of each course depends on the user's dedication, practice, and engagement with the material.
Acceptance of Terms:
By enrolling in and accessing the online courses offered by Bonded, users agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. The terms are binding and include all aspects related to course structure, access, intellectual property, and user conduct.
Affiliate Program:
Program Overview:
The Bonded Affiliate Program is designed to reward our partners for promoting our products and services. By joining our Affiliate Program, participants ("Affiliates") will receive a unique affiliate code to share with potential customers.
Use of Affiliate Code:
When a new customer uses an Affiliate's code, they will receive a 10% discount on their purchase. Simultaneously, the Affiliate will earn a commission equivalent to the discount amount provided to the customer.
Eligible Purchases:
The Affiliate Program applies to all products and services available on the Bonded App, including rope sales, memberships, and courses. This inclusivity maximizes opportunities for Affiliates to earn commissions.
Recurring Commission:
For purchases with a recurring billing cycle, such as memberships, the Affiliate will receive a monthly commission for as long as the referred account remains active. This provides an ongoing revenue stream for successful referrals.
Payment Schedule:
Affiliate commissions are calculated and paid out biweekly. Affiliates must provide valid payment information to receive their earnings.
Account Management:
Affiliates can track their referrals, commissions, and payment history through a dedicated section in the Bonded App.
Compliance and Conduct:
Affiliates are expected to promote Bonded products and services ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Misrepresentation of Bonded services or spamming potential customers with unsolicited promotions is strictly prohibited.
Modification of Terms:
Bonded reserves the right to modify the terms of the Affiliate Program at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled Affiliates in a timely manner.
Termination:
Bonded retains the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the program for any breach of these terms or for conduct that is deemed harmful to the Bonded brand.
Joining the Program:
To join the Bonded Affiliate Program, interested parties must agree to these terms and conditions. Application to the program can be made through the Bonded App or the designated affiliate sign-up page.
By participating in the Bonded Affiliate Program, Affiliates acknowledge and agree to these terms, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership that supports the growth and success of both Bonded and its Affiliates.
User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to use the Bonded App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for all content you create, share, or otherwise make available through the Bonded App.
Prohibited activities:
Sharing of Nudity: Sharing, posting, or distributing nude images or content, including personal and third-party materials, is strictly prohibited.
Sexual Harassment or Inappropriate Behavior: Any form of sexual harassment or behavior that is deemed inappropriate, suggestive, or offensive is forbidden.
Spamming: Engaging in spamming activities, including unsolicited promotion of products, services, or sending repetitive messages, is not allowed.
Unconsented Private Messaging: Initiating private conversations with other users without their prior consent is prohibited. Consent must be obtained in a group setting before proceeding to private messaging.
Bullying and Harassment: We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying or any form of harassment. This includes intimidation, spreading rumors, or making threats.
Promotion of Violence: Content or actions that promote, glorify, or incite violence are strictly prohibited.
Impersonation: Impersonating others, including fellow users, public figures, or Bonded staff, is not allowed.
Illegal Activities: Engaging in or encouraging illegal behavior is forbidden.
Sharing of Personal Information: Distributing or sharing personal information of others without their explicit consent is prohibited.
Disruptive Behavior: Actions that disrupt the operation of the app or interfere with other users’ experience are not allowed.
Violation of Terms:
Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
We reserve the right to update these terms as necessary to ensure the safety and integrity of our community.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Bonded App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bonded or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
Users may post and share content. By posting content, you grant Bonded a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content.
Bonded reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed harmful.
Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our services. By using the Bonded App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Bonded App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bonded expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Bonded will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bonded, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or in any way connected with your access to or use of the app.
Modifications to the Service and Terms
Bonded reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the app after such modifications will constitute your agreement to the revised terms.
Termination
Bonded may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, a breach of the Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you, Shibari Healing Collective, and Bonded regarding the app.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
